Approach
For Ruxandra, every body is unique and deserves a personalised approach, whether the goal is recovery, reducing pain, improving posture or increasing mobility. Experience has taught her that lasting change does not come from quick fixes, but from consistency, patience and respect for each person's own pace.
Her international BASI Pilates certification, from one of the most respected Pilates schools in the world, underpins how she works today; for her, Pilates is a process of re-educating movement, improving posture and reconnecting with one's own body. Her mission is to help people understand their bodies, build confidence in their capacity to adapt and grow, and discover the joy of conscious movement, free of pain and unnecessary limitations.
